I’m Jasmine White, Founder and CEO of JC Revenue Cycle Management, LLC (JC RCM, LLC), a healthcare administrative services, consulting, and education-focused company specializing in revenue cycle management and operational support for behavioral health and outpatient healthcare practices.

My work is dedicated to supporting solo practitioners, group practices, healthcare entrepreneurs, and established organizations seeking to strengthen their administrative operations, improve financial performance, and build sustainable business systems.

My professional background spans healthcare revenue cycle management, practice administration, financial operations, compliance-focused workflows, and business process improvement. With experience in both healthcare and banking, I bring a comprehensive understanding of financial accountability, operational efficiency, and the systems necessary to support a successful healthcare organization.

I founded JC RCM, LLC with a vision extending beyond traditional medical billing and credentialing. I recognized that many healthcare professionals enter private practice with exceptional clinical expertise but limited guidance on the administrative, financial, and operational responsibilities of managing a business. Even established practices can encounter challenges involving payer requirements, documentation, reimbursement, staffing, and inefficient workflows.

My goal is to bridge those gaps through strategic consulting, practical education, customized administrative solutions, and structured operational support.

I believe the greatest value I can provide is not creating dependency, but building capability.

Whether I am assisting a new provider with establishing a practice, conducting a comprehensive revenue cycle assessment, improving electronic health record workflows, developing standard operating procedures, coordinating payer enrollment, or training administrative personnel, my focus remains the same: equipping our partners with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to operate successfully and independently.

This commitment to education is also central to the development of JC RCM Academy, an educational initiative designed to support healthcare practice owners, medical billing and administrative professionals, individuals entering the revenue cycle management field, and aspiring healthcare business entrepreneurs.

Through practical training, professional development, educational resources, and hands-on learning opportunities, JC RCM Academy aims to make complex healthcare administrative processes more accessible while helping individuals develop the skills necessary to succeed in their professional roles.
